We provide 2 different backup services.

1.  Backup of Data During the Course of a Computer Repair

• We will back up your data before starting your repair
• We will return the data to your computer into the original file locations once the repairs are complete
• Items automatically included:
  • Email program (if you are using a local program instead of an internet-based program)
    • Emails
    • Contacts
  • Your "My Documents" folder
  • Internet Explorer Favorites
  • Desktop files
     

Pricing for option 1: $25.00.  Additional fees may be charged for searching & backing up folders not listed above or recovery of the hard drive after files have been deleted.

2.  Backup Only.  You choose which of the following options you prefer:

• Backup your files to DVD disks.
• Backup your files to an external hard drive or usb "thumb" drive

Pricing for option 2: $25 for first 4 gigabytes of data.  $5 for each additional 4gb of data.  Additional fees may be charged for searching & backing up folders not listed above or recovery of the hard drive after files have been deleted.

It is not possible to backup programs.  Only the data in the programs can be backed up.  For example, we cannot backup Microsoft Word but we can back up all your Word Documents.
