On-site service calls are available for $65 per hour for most equipment types In-shop repairs are performed with flat rates or
hourly rates depending on which is a better value for you. Our in-shop
rate is $50 per hour. Remote support services are offered at a reduced hourly rate since a tech doesn't have to physically go to your location & since they can multi-task. Our remote services are offered at $40 per hour. We do not provide hardware repair pricing quotes over the phone. Please bring your equipment to our shop and we will properly diagnose the problem and provide a repair quote to you. Diagnostics are free if you have us repair your equipment. If you choose not to have us repair the equipment, there is a nominal fee. In some cases, we repair the unit in the course of a diagnostic.
