Extended Warranty

We service warranties sold at Walmart and Sam's club as well as Staples & Office Depot.  If you have a computer you bought from any of these locations and you need service, call us and we can help you set up a warranty service call.

Extended Warranties are available for all products we sell and even for products you buy from other retailers.  If you like our service and buy something somewhere else, you can still buy an extended warranty from us so we can provide you service after your manufacturer warranty runs out.

Standard Warranty

Labor is warranted for 30 days.  To qualify, the same problem must reoccur (and you must contact us) within 30 days of the original service call and be the same issue.  If the problem is caused by the actions of the customer, it is not warranted.

New hardware sold includes a minimum of 1 year warranty.  Some hardware includes a 3, and in some case, a 5 year manufacturer warranty (call or email for details).  Warranties which extend beyond 1 year are provided by the manufacturer.  Labor is warranted for 30 days if we install the hardware.

Used hardware sold includes a 30 day warranty.  Labor is warranted for 30 days if we install the hardware.

Software purchases, installations, and hardware drivers are warranted for 30 days.  Labor is warranted for 30 days if we install the software.   We no longer warranty software work on Windows 3.x, 95, 98, ME.

Warranty for calls performed through client contracts are according to the terms of the contract.
