Warranty

Extended Warranty

We service warranties sold at Walmart and Sam's club as well as Staples & Office Depot.  These warranties are purchased from "NEW" (National Electronics Warranty).  If you have a "NEW" Warranty, we can service your computer or television under that warranty.

Warranty for calls performed through client contracts are according to the terms of the contract.

Labor Warranty

Labor is warranted for 30 days.  To qualify, the same problem must reoccur and you must bring the equipment back to us within 30 days of the original service call and be the same issue. 

Labor warranty is voided if the customer installed or removed a program that caused the issue to re-occur or if the customer installs any bit torrent program including, but not limited to: BearShare, Limewire, Frostwire, etc.

Parts Warranty

New Computer & Television Parts (excluding Laptop Screens):

• Fireytech Installed: 1 year
• Customer Installed: 6 months 

New Laptop Screens

• Fireytech Installed: 6 months
• Customer Installed: 30 days

Used Computer & Television Parts:

• Fireytech Installed: 30 days
• Customer Installed: 7 days

Parts Installation Labor is warranted for 30 days if we install the hardware.

Software purchases, installations, and hardware drivers are warranted for 30 days.  Labor is warranted for 30 days if we install the software.   We no longer warranty software work on Windows 3.x, 95, 98, ME.

No returns, exchange for the same or equivalent part only.
